This home is heated with the ECONAR Vara2 Plus ground water heat pump. It has 3200 feet of 3/4" pipe buried 7 to 8 feet deep. This unit has NO back up heat (oil, natural or LP gas). The savings for the first two years will be about $2400.00. The unit does 100% of all the heating and cooling needs.
