This 4000+ building is heated with a Crown oil boiler; the unit is hooked up to radiant floor piping. With proper valves, the pumps will keep a constant 90 to 95 degree water supply to the floor upon the call for heat. This is a direct vented boiler; this boiler does not need a chimney through the roof.

This 40 plus year old cast iron boiler was switched out with the Crown CT boiler. This new boiler will cut his fuel oil consumption by 30 to 40%.
